Ducks.io is the game that put 155.io on the map. Launched in June 2025, it’s an always-on race between eight plastic ducks on a custom-built lazy river inside the studio’s 10,000 sq ft space. The races are filmed and streamed live, around the clock, and you bet on which duck crosses the line first. Within a month, aggregator Hub88 had added it to its platform, which opened it up to a much wider network of casinos.
How Ducks.io works
- Pick your duck. Odds are fixed and shown before the race, and they don’t move with other players’ bets.
- Place your bet before the race locks.
- Watch the race. The ducks are released into the current and carried down the course. Collisions, stalls and late surges are all part of the show.
- Settlement. The first duck over the line wins.
Besides the straight winner bet, casinos typically offer bets on finishing order, which work like the forecast bets in horse racing. The exact options vary by casino, so check the game’s rules panel.
Why it took off
Duck racing is easy to understand, fun to watch and quick to settle, and it looks great on a phone screen. That’s no accident. 155.io is named after the iPhone 15’s 155mm display as a reminder to build for mobile first, and Ducks.io set the template for everything the studio has made since.
Ducks.io vs Duck River
They sound alike but they’re different games. Ducks.io is a race. Duck River is a CCTV.Game counting game where you bet on how many ducks pass a camera zone.
